Who we are
brickstowealth is a licensed buyer's agent run by Tim Watson, based on Sydney's North Shore, NSW. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean brickstowealth.
We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
We only collect information you give us, plus basic technical data needed to run the website:
- Contact details you enter in our forms: your name, email address and mobile number.
- Your buying situation, if you choose to tell us: whether you're buying a home or an investment, your pre-approval status and your buying timeframe.
- Your preferences, such as whether you'd like Tim's weekly property market reports and whether you'd like to be connected with a mortgage broker.
- Booking details when you book a strategy call through Calendly, including any answers to the booking questions.
- Anything you send us, such as replies to our emails or text messages.
- Technical information our hosting providers record automatically, such as your IP address and browser type, used for security and to keep the site running.
How we use your information
- To send you the free resource you requested, such as the video series or home buyer's roadmap.
- To arrange and prepare for your strategy call.
- To contact you by phone, email or SMS about your property goals, as described on the form you completed.
- To send Tim's weekly property market reports, only if you ticked the box asking for them.
- To connect you with a mortgage broker, only if you asked us to through our broker form.
- To run, secure and improve this website.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We use trusted service providers to run our website and communications. They only handle your information to provide their service to us:
- Vercel: website hosting.
- DigitalOcean: the server (in Sydney) that processes form submissions.
- Buzzlink: our customer database, email and SMS system.
- Google Workspace: our email.

Mortgage broker partner: if you use our “Connect With a Mortgage Broker” form, we share your name, email and mobile number with our broker partner so they can contact you. We only do this when you ask us to.
We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.
Overseas storage
Some of our service providers store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose reputable providers that protect personal information, but overseas laws may differ from Australian law.

Security and how long we keep it
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including using secure (encrypted) connections and restricting access to our systems. We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete or de-identify it.
